This award-winning ensuite transformed a neglected rental bathroom into a warm, functional retreat. Years of leaks and damage called for a fresh start — the floor was dropped to gain ceiling height, the shower expanded with a zero-threshold base and bench, and a freestanding tub was added for daily soaking.
A custom walnut vanity brings warmth and storage, while bold black fixtures, large-format tile, heated floors, and a towel warmer make this bright, modern space a pleasure to use every day.
