Lisa helped us design a new kitchen in our condo. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and Lisa very competently helped us refine the design, choose cabinets, backsplash, flooring and lighting . Her attention to detail is remarkable and she has an artistic flair which led to a custom design backsplash which looks amazing. Our trip to Euro Tile highlighted her talents, she had picked out samples for us that were just right and we were out in an hour much to my husband’s relief. Lisa is an amazing designer. I have engaged her services on several projects in several homes over the years and am currently engaged in a bathroom project. In today’s world, things change quickly and new products arrive on the market everyday. I don’t know how she manages it with her busy schedule and a family, but she always seems to be aware of these new products and whether or not we should be introducing them into our design.
Her customer service is a 10. She stays in touch with clients updating them along the way. She is always available to answer questions or concerns. She isn’t happy until she knows her client is happy.
