Lisa is an amazing designer. I have engaged her services on several projects in several homes over the years and am currently engaged in a bathroom project. She takes the time to understand her client and their needs. She listens, offers suggestions, identifies the pros and cons of every design and selection. I have always been over the moon pleased with the end result and never disappointed.
One time, I purchased a house before it was finished. When I finally moved in, I was so disappointed with the end product I was ready to put it back on the market. Lisa arrived, calmed me down and worked her magic. Today this house is warm and inviting and I can’t ever imagine leaving it.
In today’s world, things change quickly and new products arrive on the market everyday. I don’t know how she manages it with her busy schedule and a family, but she always seems to be aware of these new products and whether or not we should be introducing them into our design.
Her customer service is a 10. She stays in touch with clients updating them along the way. She is always available to answer questions or concerns. She isn’t happy until she knows her client is happy.
Thank you Lisa for all you have done for me over the years. I don’t know what I would have done without you.
