We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lisa through our post-fire rebuild and renovation project. A skilled professional, she quickly understood our needs and produced a really innovative design that we love and impresses everyone who visits. Lisa made us feel like partners in the process; she designed the space and helped us select colours, flooring and lighting; she kindly (but persuasively) helped us avoid mistakes; and she generally made what is often portrayed as an ordeal into a pleasant experience. If we ever again have a design project, we will invite Lisa to do it for us; and we recommend her without reservation.

We did a full kitchen renovation in Mar/April 2020. Lisa drafted several designs for us and we worked with her to select the one that worked best. She really listened to us and incorporated all of the features we were looking for and also recommended features we would never have thought of. Once we settled on the design, she helped us with all of the design decisions. There are so many and its so easy to mess up the look of your kitchen!! She never tried to impose her own style on the project but instead really worked with us to create our dream kitchen. She also wasn’t afraid to tell us if she thought something wouldn’t work and why – which we really appreciated!

She had great ideas, put together a fabulous design that utilized our space in the best way possible, and made some wonderful selections for the products to use in our kitchen. She was calm, professional and very knowledgeable about the entire project. The selection process for everything from drawer pulls to granite was facilitated effortlessly by Lisa. She was on site frequently to ensure the renovation was proceeding well. We also needed to replace a window and patio door in the kitchen, Lisa put us in touch with a colleague and the window and door replacement was easily fit into the kitchen renovation schedule. We now have a kitchen that is a joy to work in, and everyone who sees it is awed. We truly enjoyed working with her and with her entire team. I would highly recommend Lisa as a designer.
My husband and I got to know Lisa during our complete kitchen renovation in June 2015. Lisa is a pleasure to work with on every level. She made our concerns her concerns, our vision became her vision. A great listener with a positive attitude and many years of experience, which is absolutely what you need when embarking on a big reno project! Her respect for our timeline was incredible and there were no surprises in her billings, which is equally impressive. Everyone who visits our home loves the results she helped us achieve. One of the most common comments is that the kitchen fits beautifully with the architecture of the rest of the house, it is shiny and new, but it belongs.
