Lisa Poirier designed our kitchen renovation in the summer of 2014. The experience was completely positive and satisfying. Our plan was to update a tired dark kitchen and the transformation is wonderful. It is exactly what we wanted. Bright, inviting and the heart of our home. Lisa’s professionalism was above and beyond. She was very easy to get along with and she was able to incorporate our ideas and wishes into our dream kitchen while also keeping us informed of the latest trends and styles. I truly felt that she was listening to our wishes and doing what she could to incorporate them. Lisa was a joy to have in our home.
I have known Lisa for the last 11 years. She has worked in our home on two occasions. The first time was in 2005-2006 for major renovations: renovate the kitchen, the children’s bathroom, the whole basement and she consulted for the colours and decor of the whole house. The second time was in 2013 for the master bathroom renovation. Lisa is a very easy person to work with. She takes time to listen and understand carefully the needs of her clients. She knows how to establish good communication with her clients and we were very comfortable with her. She loves to challenge her clients with new ideas and concepts. She respected our budget. We were very satisfied with the results and with the purchase of our new home, it is in our intentions to hire her again.
Lisa Poirier completed an extensive renovation of my kitchen/living room area in my downtown condo this winter while I was out of town. The job required supervision and coordination with several trades as well as local suppliers. The cabinetry supplied by Louis L’artisan is top quality and Lisa’s design talent, listening skills and input make her a delight to work with. Both the designer and the Company were very professional, are very detail oriented and recognize the importance of communication with the customer. I am extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate for a moment to recommend both.
